The two-piece showed off her flat stomach and toned legs as she submerged herself into the water for some family fun.
The singer is in the Brazilian city, where she will perform this evening at the Apoteose arena.
Britney, Jason and the boys were also joined by the star's mother Lynne, who was seen enjoying a swim with her daughter.
Jason and her beau of over a year also stole a few quiet moments alone, with the couple sharing a tender cuddle as they bobbed around in the water.
Britney's former manager, who recently lost 50lbs after eliminating carbs from his diet, showed off his own toned abs in some blue board shorts.
The 39-year-old also played father figure to her two tots, whose father is Britney's ex-husband Kevin Federline.
The adorable boys, who both wore matching Spiderman board shorts, were having a ball with their mother's boyfriend.
Jason was seen lifting up a laughing Jayden in the air as his excited brother watched on waiting for his turn.
Britney also gave her precious boys plenty of attention, giving them cuddles as she sat on the steps of the pool.
Later the clan was spotted leaving the rooftop pool area flanked by big burly bodyguards.
Britney and her mother had slipped on bath robes, while her boys wrapped themselves up in towels.
The singer's children were also spotted out and about in Rio over the weekend, enjoying the local sights with grandparents, Jamie and Lynn Spears.
But unfortunately their bright T-shirts brought them some unwanted attention.
The pair both wore printed surf T-shirts with their red Spiderman swim shorts and checked caps, but as they attempted to make their way to the beach they were swarmed by fans.
The only difference between the boys outfits were they different coloured flip flops and as they were accompanied by a tall bodyguard, they seemed oblivious to the waiting photographers.
Luckily though the boys did get a chance to enjoy the sea and sand later on that day.
Due to the crowd of Britney fans, Lynn and Jamie decided to take the children back to their private suite at the Brazil Apoteose, but when the excitement had died down they headed back to their original destination.
Sean Preston and Jayden James were spotted playing in the sea at Ipanema beach with their grandfather whilst their mother prepared for her show at Praça da Apoteose.
But it wasn't just them who were receiving all of the attention.
Britney gave her fans a moment to remember as she stood on the balcony of her hotel room and waved down to the crowds.
The pop star, who arrived in Rio on the weekend, beamed as she emerged from her room, alongside Jason and Lynne.
Dressed casually in a pink singlet and dark tracksuit pants, she waved excitedly to the fanfare, who had assembled themselves on the street below.
With her blonde hair in loose waves and her complexion in minimal make-up, Britney looked simply stunning and happier than ever.
She even held up a homemade banner with Jason, which read; ' I love my Rio fans' which was written in black and red marker.
Her beau of over a year looked handsome in a white long sleeve fitted white t-shirt, which he later peeled off to reveal his slender frame in a blue v-neck.
He paired the look with grey trousers and a blue beanie.
He also appeared to be sporting the beginnings of a beard again after recently shaving it off whilst the pair were in England for the European leg of her tour.
Britney is scheduled to put on two concerts whilst in Brazil as part of the tour.
